Senior Account Manager - Greig Grant-Smith

Greig moved to the Ricoh fold from a smaller vendor in 2007. Greig has a great track record in sales and marketing here in HB and in London. Being a local lad from Waipukurau Greig understands how important it is to foster strong relationship with his clients and is well respected in the HB business community.

Sales Consultant - Deanna Canney

Deanna has joined the team to help grow our business and show Hawke’s Bay businesses what they are missing out on, if they don’t have Ricoh MFPs, Printers and Software Solutions.

Lovely nature combined with a good work ethic means Deanna provides her customers with honest advice and delivers on promises. You can’t ask more than that.

Technical Team

Technical Services Manager- Barry Singe

Barry has over 20 years in the copier, printer and mfp industry, with 12 years working for Ricoh NZ.  Barry is one of the most respected and knowledgeable technical managers in New Zealand and adds a huge amount of value to our business.

And yes Barry, this photo stays until you supply me with a better one.

Senior Engineer - Richard Jimmieson

Richard has 10 years experience in the imaging and printingindustry and has a wide range of skills including hardware breakfix and trouble shooting, network printing and scanning integration and document centric server application installation
and support.

Richard enjoys motocross, tinkering on the farm and reasonably heavy music.

Engineer - Scott Barkley (MIA)

Scott was en excellent addidtion to the services team after nearly 15 years in aviation electronics and engineering. Scott has exceptional analytical and problem solving skills combined with a friendly and pleasant attitude.

Scott is enjoying Hawke’s Bay with a young family and spends some of his spare time rebuilding electronics such as xbox and PlayStation consoles.

Still waiting for Scott to return from his sabbatical.

Engineer - Phylip Ferreira

Phylip is our most recent addition to the service team with a strong background in IT infrastrucure and technical support. We are disappointed Phylip still support the Springbok but hopefully we’ll be able to put him in his place at the end of the 2011 RWC.

I think we’ll have to get one of those Ricoh cameras out

Accounting and Project Management – Amanda Wallace

With extensive experience in human resources positions in some of NZ’s largest organisations, Amanda is well placed to run the hub of HBDT.

Mother of 2 Amanda loves reading, walking and snow skiing in the North and South Islands.

Office Administrator - Debbie Smith

Debbie is the go to person for the whole team. Whether it is co-ordinating service or trouble shooting customer problems over the phone, Debbie always has a smile and a friendly ear.

Debbie enjoys wining and dining with friends and spending time with her family. Also enjoys tripping away to exotic locations.
